Thanks, Dave; just my point, though. Are there any restrictions on what Sofbank can do with its stock? Or could they simply decide to unload the whole lot, say, Monday morning first thing? Would appreciate some insight into this. Obviously, if they can dump whenever they want, without warning, it's a pretty scary scenario for anyone owning YHOO stock.

Otherwise, you're probably correct. Just trying to keep things interesting here...
