MORE PROOF that other (BIG) companies also investing in China.

This is significant for two reasons:

(1) Look at all the companies that bid on the contract;
(validates the interest in China by CAOL)

(2) More infrastructure development is nothing but good news for CAOL. The greater the number of computers sold and infrastructure in place, the better for CAOL and others who wish to make an E-Commerce splash
