Fred,

Obviously you place great faith in Cowell and that he knows best what's good for USR and its owners. I don't argue that. But what WS (and I) wonders -- does he know something, the rest of us don't know yet, that explains this seemingly defensive strategy? Where's the skeleton? Flaws in x2? Fear of the ROK?

Union with 3Com may very well be a good move for USR, but lightening up on USR shares might be a better near-term investment strategy?
