Jeff, on Dec 22 1998, you were commenting on how small the float was and that "shorters" were going to get theirs and in mid-february you were claiming to be buying 5k blocks at .91 and .95. Since the start of this thread you have been the biggest cheerleader and I'm sure a lot of thankful people have been partly influenced to buy based on your "due diligence". Having the intent to influence the movement of a stock for personal gain by publishing misleading information on the internet is against the law. Did you know about the private placement before Dec 22, 1998? Also, I was under the impression the InvestRight club was an organization that "discovered" RDIM and had a great track record for picking successful BB's. I did not think you invented the idea. Still trying to find your original post on that subject. During the conference call many months ago, I asked John Folger about the constitution of the float and his answer was 2.6 million tradable shares. That has changed considerably in a few months at the expense of many of the original shareholders. The share price at the time of the conference was close to $1. If management is so confident of the future why the heck are they giving shares away so cheaply, raising these types of questions and jeopardizing a NASDAQ listing, which now looks very questionable at best? I'm asking you because you have been the primary source of information about this company, which like another poster stated is not very forthcoming.
