No have been issued for a while now. I heard the last 80K was issued not more than a week ago. Most of it 200K I think is in strong hands of friends of the company. SHould really have no impact. That is why the math shows 300K in the float plus 200K old shareholders but I have been adding the S8 which is included in the 711K ... I verified this through the TA except the last 80K ... Hope this helps.. But you know I keep up with a stock's structure. :-) GB
