REPOSTS: for new investors:

START HERE: only change is float is closer to 1 million and all 200 kiosks are already in place; just need to be converted from intranet to internet usage (see below).
Subject 27538

**** From a recent post:

GOOD NEWS..... the kiosks they are buying for the lottery are already up and operating in an Intranet capacity.
They just have to convert them to an Internet based network.

I didn't realize that. I thought they had to be placed.

GOOD NEWS 2: CAOL has the cash in the bank to move forward with the purchase of the first 200 Kiosks.
They are simply seeking a legal opinion now and making sure of that they properly maximize the next strategic
move. That's the responsible "do things right nature" that the CEO has.

GOOD NEWS 3: When successful in this first city of 8 million with establishing themselves as the Internet
Kiosk experts, other licenses and other alliances to move into other cities and to finance additional kiosks will be
granted

BEST NEWS 4: Profitability is coming much sooner that I anticipated, because their Chinese ISP folks they are
aligned with and the 200 kiosks are BOTH already in place...and the Chinese Government loves lotteries, since
they finance Sports and Welfare programs.

Remember that their 6% cut of each lottery bet (Chinese spend about 22 cents US per bet to win 1/4 mil)

MORE DD: Conversation with the CEO, an ex-International Fund manager who is conservative, experienced, and has lots of contacts in China.

As always do your own DD. We are looking for longer term investors who believe this company's 2 pronged approach in China as the first Internet Lottery company and one of the first ISP providers will put them in a great position for both short term profits and longer term E-Commerce leadership.

There are risks but Dell, Motorola, and much much U.S. investment has gone on in China for years now by companies big and small (please peruse today's posts)

Also the Chinese are anxious to be admitted into the World Trade Organization, so are being better citizens.

PLEASE CALL THE CEO if you are interested in this company. He is one of the most impressive strategists and non-hype CEO's I have talked to of any BB company.

take care,
DAVE
