management software program, enables users to

connectivity service where agents can electronically

loan for potential home buyers.
The product includes hot links to a variety of real
estate service providers, including on-line national
home listings and mortgage lenders. The software
allows Realtors to create personalized web sites,
upload new property listings, download leads,
send and receive e-mail messages, preview
full-color digital images of listings and video
conference with Finet's loan specialists.
Via the Internet, Realtors can connect to any of
Finet's call center loan counselors who, using
automated underwriting systems from Fannie Mae
and Freddie Mac, can approve a loan in less than
10 minutes.
