IMUL News--- Vector Securities International said Thursday it upgraded Immulogic Pharmaceutical Corp to buy from attractive. - In a release dated March 5, Vector said it expects the company to benefit from management changes announced on Wednesday. The company said it appointed five new board members, after the five, including the chairman, resigned. - Vector analyst Peter Ginsberg said he expects the new members will be more cognizant of investor priorities and more open to strategic alliance and acquisition opportunities. "The changes represent what we believe will be the turning point for ImmuLogic," Ginsberg said in a report. - Vector has set an $11 one-year price target for the stock. Mercker
