I see. In the case of Dell selling its PC differentiated commodity, its build to order model, and virtual integration with supplirs and customers provided such cost savings that it continues to prosper while rivals such as Compaq cannot. Does AOL have any ace in the hole akin to dell's efficiencies which will help it weather the ineveitable price decline in ISP services which you and others forsee? jhg
