CSCO great company but fully-valued. COMS much better deal. Very undervalued and regaining Wall Street's trust. Do your DD and make some real money short-term. Value is the way to go right now. COMS is where NOVELL was a year ago. It will double or triple soon IMHO. CSCO at best will make 10%.
