Well, it's just a chummy group tonight! Ditch, Sword, Zeev, and Baldy. What have I done to deserve this? Ditch, you said the PP cancels the poison pill effect of the RCLA. Not really. Anybody taking over the company would just buy the PP holders out. TSIG plans to either pay the debentures off in cash or convert at an acceptable share price. Also the RCLA predates the PP by many months I believe. Please enlighten me on the "bunch of accumulated debt." Are you referring to "debt", which we have some of but was going to be greatly reduced by the bankruptcy of VSI? Or, are you referring to "accumulated deficit" which refers to the accumulated losses over the years but does not represent debt which must be repaid? Ditch, help me with this last statement, "No, this poison pill discussion is mute, IMO." "Mute" means unable to speak, and I don't understand that statement. Or perhaps you meant "moot" which means "debatable". With that statement I agree. Regards, Suzanne |
