Why would 5.5 million shares in September of '98 affect the stock price in April '99? Curious not sarcastic. Perhaps we're referring to the late March additional shares added? Also, was this info published in a P.R.? Does it have to be? If not how does Joe Average Investor discover this dilution in time to bail? TIA... - Stroke
