Hi, Kumar -

I guess it's not because VRTY does not want to partner with MSFT,
it may be the other way round.

It is also very dangerous to partner with MSFT, once they decide to
do it by themselves, you are dead. But compete with MSFT is also
dangerous, that's why there is no software company that is good
for investing right now.
