Rules applied to an ipo for a 30 day period the way I understand them. 1) Can't buy on margin 2) Can't short 3) Analysts are not permitted to place price targets or buy/sell recommendations 4) Company is not permitted to release information regarding contracts, projections, etc., etc... If anyone can add to this list, please feel free, or perhaps correct me if I'm wrong somewhere.
