Actually, that will work on anything except ie. It will work on ie also if you don't have it in Full Screen mode. In Full Screen mode, clicking on the "size" button in the upper-right corner takes you out of Full Screen mode. In fact, ie4 didn't even have a size button -- only minimize and maximize -- when you were in Full Screen mode.

I like ie Full Screen mode for the extra amount of screen it gives you and also aesthetically. Don't know why Netscape hasn't gone all the way with this.
