Can't speak for voice quality so far since I can't get the darned thing to work very well. ACCR has an initial $27 charge plus the $10/mo fee. To get rid of the echo/feedback from your speakers, you need earphones. An IT guy that works for me said that I should buy a headset with earphones and a dynamic(whatever that is)mike that you can position in front of your mouth. That way you have your hands free. I am going to try to have ACCR trouble shoot this setup. If I can't get it to work, then I am not buying this stock. That's my acid test. The setup needs to be so simple that my Mom could do it.
