Book value is only one measure of where a stock should trade. Much of this stock's book value is in inventory built up for an untested new business line. Last quarter, there was $1.5 million in negative operating cash flow, and a big increase in receivables and debt. There are some companies that trade below book value for no good reason--here, investors are concerned. I have no opinion on whether or not the company will be successful, but I do see the rationale for the current cautious valuation.
