The $500 mil deal was announced on CNBC two weeks ago Friday at about 2 - 2:30PM. The 100,000 shs the CEO registered to sell was noted on the Motley Fool about the same time. - Also, anyone interested in how Cascade does business should read the 3/17 issue of Fortune (page 95) "In private off-the-record conversations with a select group of Wall Street analysts, Blondin indicated that Cascade's next quarter would be flat - "
