I agree. But K7 does not have to be the fastest x86 processor for AMD to become a very profitable company. K7 needs to be within 5% of Intel on performance with good yields. Today AMD is 30% behind in performance and yields. Both of these disadvantages can go away with K7. AMD stock will be in $60-$80 range if their ASP goes to $150.
