<We are better off of as a nation for having asserted the subordination of our rulers to the impartial majesty of the law.>
We offer our Lives to the care of the impartial majesty of the law, in return, the impartial majesty of the law offers to protect our Lives. If law is NOT protecting our innocent lives, what is our contract then?

Seems neither of us are as informed on Judge Sue's latest, to carry on to agreement. I will continue to Feel that the woman has a pattern of self-serving to the detriment of the President. You feel, or know, what you please, it is hardly central.

I have answered Les that an appeal would not have Prevented the circumstances that gave rise to the contempt. Your assertion of the rulings validity does not make it true. The question has lingered without an opportunity to appeal and resolve its truth. You've only idle speculation on oxen and essences until then.

The ruling may be temporarily correct, in a merely legal sense. Whether the opportunity arises to actually declare it more fully correct, remains to be seen. Hasn't interference from Starr and the Congress done law and justice a dreadful turn for the worse?

I have no qualms of the possibility that Judge Wright has delayed her case's end so that the drama can begin anew. Nor the similar possibility that Clinton was wrong and Her delay is to allow the term/election to expire before the *hit hits the fan for The [ex-]President.

I would like to come of all this, this addressed more dispassionately, "If law is NOT protecting our innocent lives, what is our contract then?"
