Garza: You need to understand the "spread" and the volumn of cisco and especially the lg block trades and when they occurred. The mkt is nothing more than an "auction" environment with many variables and the profits go to those who are more informed. A strong background in accounting and other business subjects can be vital in limiting one's risk exposure...as well as understanding the dynamics of the mkt. It is difficult to make the generalized statement concerning the participation of cisco relative to a "rally"...take a look at the mkt these past several weeks. Coms has "outperformed" cisco and others when the market was down as well as up! Just a suggestion to you...and no offense in stating it. You would do yourself a considerable favor if you spend some time in understanding the financial statements prior to making your decision(s). If you rely completely upon statistics/dynamics in and by themselves...you'll be eaten alive! Trick is to find the proper balance between the two...if you find it...let us all know! Regards, HKirby
