kapkan4u - <K7 needs to be within 5% of Intel on performance with good yields. Today AMD is 30% behind in performance and yields. Both of these disadvantages can go away with K7. AMD stock will be in $60-$80 range if their ASP goes to $150.>

I actually agree with a lot of what your saying here, although I shy away from setting price targets for the stock. If and when: AMD ramps the K7 to millions of units per quarter, has the chipsets to support it, without the perennial "manufacturing problem", AMD has a scenario to do much better than in the past. Where I get pessimistic is AMD's propensity to start price wars with Intel in the effort to gain market share. I believe if AMD is foolish enough to massively undercut Intel's prices again, a la the K6x, you may see Intel retaliate with price cuts of its own. Another price war would obviously hurt the bottom line of both companies, but Intel could obviously withstand such an assault, where as AMD would bleed to death. I hope my pessimism is unwarranted. Categorize this as a management issue.

I am also a little more pessimistic about AMD's general manufacturing infrastructure and process technologies (yes, even with F30 MOT Cu Interconnect), but I've posted tons about my concerns here, and in deference to the thread, I'll refrain :-).
