It seems to me that the profit will inevitably be much better, both because of the increase in same store sales, which has been a trend for a couple of years now (while maintaining margins), and because of the acquisition. I think this stock is still undervalued, and will probably run up when the market recognizes that the added sales did not come with dilution in equity. Just my opinion.
