I think both Intel and AMD have now learned from the past and will not try to murder each other in the future. AMD has learned that the market share growth does not necessarily grow profits or even revenues. Intel has learned that cutting prices on Celerons can hurt PIII revenues. Killing AMD is not in Intel's interest because if they succeed, MOT, TI, or IBM will buy AMD. Each of these companies has more resources and better technology then AMD and will make life more difficult for Intel.
