I understand your feelings. I too was less than excited. The significant thing to remember is that the site is finally up and running. That is important. Content did not wow me but improvements CAN be made from here. Small steps. I disagree about the kiosks in the short run. I think the revenue will be from ads but improvements in content must be made to jazz them up. Your right, first impressions mean a lot. I just hope our expectations didn't set them up for failure. Maybe we were unrealistic in what to expect since this was somewhat of a new media for them.
