Why the continued speculation about whether or not the company has bought up large portions of the float? Company insiders are prohibited from buying or selling large blocks of stock without first reporting the intentions to do so to the SEC. This information is then made public. Also, how would a company, which has had numerous expenses and no earning during the past four or five years, get money to buy up shares? I do not believe the company can spend any of the 3.5 million dollar funding to buy back any of these shares. I believe there are some very specific restrictions on how the company may spend this funding. I believe the last SEC report from the company stated that expenses last year, and I believe the year or two before that, were covered by the selling of shares. Although these shares may not be in the float right now, their sell generally is only restricted for a year or two. Since many of these shares were issued during the past several years, I believe more and more of these shares go into the float each month.
