Ah yes, my dirty little friend (sarcasm). Resulting from the lack of checking for facts of what was said on this thread, you again say I have reported the PP was floorless. I do not recall ever saying such.
I do recall putting the conversion formula on the board which plainly indicated there was no ceiling which should be the reported portion of the formula since that will likely be the biggest advantage of the contract language to the shareholders.

Again the lack of clarification on your part by contacting the company for thier clarification shows your true colors. Henry can probably tell you the determinations of the share counts indicated by the numbers reported as they coincide with the SEC requirements. Your response to this suggested action as BS only deepens the realization of your true motives.

Your lack of desire to clarify this continued topic of harassment to this forum only indicates your desire to try and have the lowest entry point you can get as you position yourself to daytrade this stock again. Going to sell again at .50? Have you covered your short position yet?

Your motive for your presence has become very apparent as you and friends continue your relentless attacks without seeking any clarifications. Your credibility has waned to the negative as your continuing benevolence in striving to reduce the value of the holdings of others and possibly causing some to sell at a loss along with your continuing denial to strive for any answers directly. Reminds me of someone working only for personal gain at the expense of others as you continue to beat the horse.
