**OT** I called Fidelity where I have my shares and they say the dividend will appear automatically in the account where it has in the past for me on another stock that did something similar with a spinoff (BANY). They should honour the request, just call back and ask to speak to a manager or a trading specialist. Also, you can FAX your request to schwab too. Should be a very interesting week for MDIN and NPEC I would think.
