Mike - I suspect that CPQ's Rosen would agree that GTW would be a good acquisition I believe that the CPQ BOD, with Rosen as chairman, refused to approve the proposed deal with GTW several years ago. I'm not sure GTW looks any better to CPQ now. It would be a much better deal for DELL IMO since DELL intends to continue driving to be #1 in PCs where CPQ is moving to a defensive position in that market while driving high end and systems sales. GTW and DELL also have much less of a culture clash.
