The listing requirements are found at the NASDAQ site:

nasdaq-amex.com

The big catch seems to be (for Small Cap Listing) that the Bid price must be no less than $4! If this stock can get there, I think we make all the others. That's kind of a stretch given our current situation, so I guess it may be a few years before we get there. Oh well.
