The recent "yield" issues associated with the volume ramp of new power amplifier products in 3Q 96 is now under control. Gross margins should trend to the high 40s over the next year. The challengein 1997 for ANAD is execution from an operational standpoint to meet the very strong demand for its products. Longer term, the opportunities should expandas the Company turns its focus to other new high growth markets within its four focus areas. With help from the recent stock offering, the balance sheet is solid. I will continue to research this topic and keep you updated.
