Sounds like they'll be reporting the sale of the wireless division soon. "The company also announced that it will be reporting its wireless products business unit separately as a discontinued operation." "...the business will be divested." Maybe they're about to close the deal. This should make discussion of the lost contract irrelevant to all but the die-hard shorts.

Obviously, there were no deliveries of caller ID boxes this quarter. They received a late order for these that I would expect to see in next quarter's revenue.

They say the short term loan was necessary due to increased order levels. I think we suspected this.

NSIL IPO is apparently still on, as they mentioned the S-1 filing. I won't expect to see it until the stock price picks up, but any good announcements (like a good price for Hong Kong facilities) could make that happen.
