Interesting post on STK. If you like them, you should really like QNTM, or at least the DLT stub that will be issued soon. In the QNTM CC, an analyst specifically asked QNTM management about how they thought DLT and SDLT stacked up against STK's new drives. Their reply was that STK's products aimed at a higher end market, and are twice as expensive as DLT for not that much more functionality. Most people, they said, don't need as many features as STK had, and certainly not for their price.

More later. Would like to see a comparison between them. Still haven't seen QNTM's SEC registration statement for their split, which shows DLT financial info broken out from the drive financials.
