Agree completely with "My interpretation of the release today was that IPM is now quite confident that 17,000,000 cash will not be a problem and that Phoenix (Mr. Runyon) prefers 1 million shares to the 10,000,000 cash ". Right on; they probably expect the shares to be above $20 by 7/15.
Not sure that Shaw's arrival is that earthshaking unless he retired in order to join IPM. Nor do I think that 'everyone on this thread seem to be giving up their shares'
