All right, I can hold back no more. I usually am not in the game of bashing stocks, but WOWS is perhaps the most blatant scam I have ever seen. The following reasons are why WOWS stock should be worth NOTHING:

1. The site is entirely composed of links and many of the links do not work. There is no content.

2. The site does not have any professional programming extras. I could make the same web page in less than a day (someone who is more experienced with HTML could do it in an hour).

3. The site does not have a good name. Granted it is not all that bad, but it is still a combination of names that the average consumer will not remember or care about.

4. The press releases? Unbelievable. How stupid do they think people are? An electronic commerce deal with Dell? What a joke! All they are doing is providing a link to Dell, absolutely anyone can do this. Almost all major Internet commerce companies have these "affiliate" programs where they will give a percentage for click through buys. Anyone who owns a web site can be an affiliate because the company (Dell in this case) has nothing to loose. They pay nothing unless they get a click through buy.

5. 25 to 1 split?? The company is obviously trying to take advantage of inexperienced investors who do not look at the market cap any only pay attention to the price the stock is trading at. The company is trying to find stupid people who would say this, "Oh, this is an Internet stock that trades at 30 cents what a bargain".

I realize that most of you already know all of this, but I had to get it off my chest because this is a blatant attempt at capitalizing on inexperienced investors. Based on the fact that people on SI are usually intelligent experienced investors I will assume that you all realize that WOWS is a scam, but you are playing it anyway banking on the idea that the scam will work. This scam very well could work out for the company, but be forewarned, this stock should be worth absolutely nothing.
