HA-LO's UPSHOT Named Promotion Agency of Record for Discover Financial Services
CHICAGO, May 10 /PRNewswire/ -- UPSHOT, a subsidiary of HA-LO, announced today that Discover Financial Services has named UPSHOT Promotion Agency of Record for the Discover(R) Card.
UPSHOT has been retained to develop and execute integrated national promotions, which will include consumer, merchant and employee targeted brand marketing programs.
