Dale, Yes, I would expect that bad news about the so called competition would move the price of Vivus higher but as I said before, I report the news and try not to make any timing or stock price predictions(since with a stock as manipulated as Vivus is I know better) although I firmly believe that Vivus is grossly under valuated. But I am also confident that in the longer run Vivus will do well based on future marketing deals and development of products currently in R&D. A new CEO would also be a very good omen.
