MONTREAL, May 10 /CNW-PRN/ - Cervin Capital Corporation (ASE: CCK.A), a Junior Capital Pool company trading on the Alberta Stock Exchange, today announced that Les Recherches R.A.N.K.I.N. Research Corporation, which will shortly become Cervin's wholly-owned subsidiary in a transaction conditionally approved by the Alberta Stock Exchange, has entered into an agreement with Assurance Asserpro (a major Quebec insurance broker) for the purchase of a significant quantity of Boomerangs. This agreement is expected to generate revenues of approximately $400,000 over the next eighteen months.

It has been responsible for the recovery of over $6 million of stolen assets in the last eighteen months. Rankin's customers include some of Canada's major corporations.
