I am not so sure that access companies are valued 100% based on current users. Look at COVD, RTHM, ATHM. ATHM is trading at something like $60,000 per sub today, higher than even AOL ($9k). COVD and RTHM are probably at the same valuation levels per sub, implying forward pricing.

All that matters is that ARTT gets cash. I think that HH has the talent on board to use it well. Do not forget that he walked into quite a mess, and has done alot to turn it around with no cash.
