Art, And every person who bought one of the Kodak instant cameras based on Polaroid technology got a free certificate for a Kodak point-and-shoot camera. I know, my Mom was one of them. The tone of the press releases suggests that SanDisk is not impressed with the USB controller technology. It may actually confuse customers. The CFA has not approved it as a feature. I think SanDisk would like to have as many competitors in the retail market as possible, rather than seek to decimate them with legal actions and unrealistic royalty payments. It will cost a pound of flesh however. It will be painful. Right now SanDisk has the trump card. Or should we say a royal flush vs. Lexar's pair of fives. Ausdauer
