Dear Chin: You should be concerned. It basically wipes out all the progress of the past two years. It is going to be a long hard work out situation. I suggest you hitch up your belt and be prepared to wait the entire year (1997) to see if they can get back to where they used to be profitwise. I doubt sales will ever be as good but that doesnt bother me too much as much of those past sales were OEM and really not very profitable. Their goal should be quality retail sales improvement which will benefit the bottom line. jdn
