Why focus on just Yorkton and Canaccord? Taurus and Sprott are also involved. Taurus seems to have done a reasonable job for MCF. And as far as Sprott is concerned, I will buy just about anything that they are buying. Look at what they are doing with GLE.T and AAH.A (to name just two).

As for the price of $3.50 ... it goes without saying that a $9 million private placement does not take place overnight. This was probably in the works before the price ever broke $4.
