"As part of the transaction, FiberNet's current executive officers have resigned and new management has been appointed." I wonder what this is all about. Did they all resign? I was impressed with the credentials of the previous management, but I wonder what experience these new guys have building telecom infrastructure. The press release isn't to clear on who's out other than the CEO and a VP. Is anyone else concerned?
