Lets just say that the daily charts of these look better than the 60-minute chart I looked at. Evidence over the shorter term of selling that is still in place, particularly with SLB. Both do show some evidence of wantng to move up from here.

Still, isn't there better short term charts out there?

I am operating from the frame of mind that since you are a very short term trader, you want stocks to act in a very timely fashion when the market breaks out.

**Market Update**

Looks like the NASDAQ is attempting a continuation move. Interesting to note that it is not the Internets that are participating in this move up. It is stocks like AOL and MSFT, and even CPQ. MSFT is now moving back up past important resistance.
