IPM in Globe and Mail today! (finally)

IPMC was mentioned today in the Globe & Mail today:

"Shares of the platinum miner sky-rocketed yesterday after it announced it had signed a letter of intent to aquire the balance of ownership of its Arizona BRX property from Illinois based Phoenix International Mining Inc. The $27 million (US) deal requires International Precious Metals -whose operational office is in Phoenix- to make a payment on or by July 15, 1997. The deal consists of one million common shares and $17 million in cash. Investors pounced on the stock with 75,970 shares changing hands on the Canadian Dealing Network, four times more than the daily average. The stock is up 217 per cent year to date."
