You can trade off the CVR signals! I just don't have the live data feed that is needed to get the signals near the close to enter MOC. The VIX is a 'volatility' indicator and using the rules that Connors established makes them a sort of OB/OS indicator.

I have a friend who is a money manager who just trades off these signals, both the DOW and S&P.
