rudedog, thanks for the Rosen insight in regards to past GTW proposed deal. My concerns related to GTW is tied to personality rubs and concern as to why GTW has had some labor trouble. Something is not right there and it may not be easy to solve. Labor trouble goes completely contrary to Dell's model. Just my thoughts. Mike
