Gary (and anyone else who hasn't seen the actual contraption): Stat-K is a new little machine, about the size of a laptop computer. It analyzes blood samples, searching for specific levels of trace material. What the material is depends on the programming, which right now is potassium levels. With a little imagination, you can see additional applications for the Stat-K with modifications to the programming -- things like on-the-spot blood alcohol testing for the Highway Patrol, blood testing at athletic events, point-specific blood work at remote clinics and home care. That's why this company has such anamazing future -- if it can get enough financing to move forward. BTW, no doubt y'all heard the subscription came up short. My understanding is that a private firm, not an investing firm, is stepping up to take a look. Having a devil of a time getting confirmation within the company, but since they scan here, maybe someone would be kind enough to give us an update (without being too specific).
