So far, WSJ & Bloomberg reporting it will price tonight...still nothing official yet. The only thing that could stop it from pricing tonight is an INet mkt meltdow...doesn't look like that will happen today. If they weren't going to price tonight, you probably would have seen today's bump up in IPO price range in two smaller steps rather than one giant step...say, 14-16, then the day of pricing 17-19
