CIMA ... I was going to post earlier but had to upgrade my PC to make it Y2K compliant - one of life's little chores! I was very busy last week and did not have time to call CRVV. However, I sent an email and received a reply this weekend (Yes, the President was working on Sunday!). I was told that the current capitalization is 6.8 million shares issued and outstanding. There are a further 2.5 million warrants outstanding which are exercisable at $0.15 during the first year (issued in March 99) and at $0.25 during the second year. Outstanding stock options are 550,000 at $0.25. Fully diluted there would be 9.85 million issued. Of these shares over one million shares are restricted. I was also told that there are mining negotiations in progress and that the company will inform shareholders and the general public in due course. Some kind of press release would be really helpful, but I guess we just have to wait.
